Had our first one at the feeder yesterday. A male. Could be a traveler. Hope to see some more soon.

Put mine out last Saturday. Hummingbirds showed up 2 hrs. later.
50 miles east of San Angelo.

I put my feeders up on Monday along with some new hanging plants they should like, but none have appeared so far.

Very disappointed, I clicked on this thread thinking Bob was going to say he got 3 with one shot of a bug-a-salt. Next thing we know he will have a house cat.

DW's & friend down the road put their feeders out couple weeks ago. Friend's had several rubythroats since she put the feeders out; DW hasn't any hummers at all.
Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.
