Also one thing to consider, if you use the mobile app for PP, they do push firmware updates to the power pole pumps. Might be good to get on the latest versions.

Quik update. Got the C-Monster app (thanks to everyone who mentioned it) and like Jeeper just said, after going 3 years without the app, I had a TON of firmware updates for my two poles. I am not saying that's going to fix the main issue but I'm glad knowing I'm at least "current" now. Someone earlier mentioned adjusting the sensitivity settings as a potential fix for my issue. Both of my poles are showing 50% up and 50% down on the sensitivity scale. Is there an "ideal" or better setting?

Mine is down at 100% and up at 50%. Max speed, unless I slow it down at the console.

I downloaded both apps last night now I've just got to get my Iphone and powerpoles communicating.
