More than likely this woman is a true cowboys fan and in a true act of desperation she saw this as the only way to finally get him off the team.

The part I like is going to be when Dak get's his judgement and the two ambulance chasing lawyers will get their due reward.
The blackmailing accuser won't have any money to pay and you can't get blood out of a turnip but Dak's private investigators will find the money those lawyers have hidden.

Then, Dak will get all of what they have. He will donate it all to the worthwhile groups he has mentioned and it will be put it to good use.
I think that's what we call a win win deal.

I heard the interview with the woman, she sounded sincere, but then again, why would she wait 7 years ? I hope for Dak's sake it is all bs.

JUST ON THE BASIS OF THESE TWO ARTICLES, it sounds like there are ways to establish some of the facts of the case. There were numerous people who could be interviewed that were in the van.
Its not perfectly clear who they were but it appears some were Daks people and some were her friends. They should be able to shine some light on it.

It did not look good that Dak denied even knowing her then admitted that they had and that he and her interacted several times over the years.
It was also mentioned in one of the articles that the statute of limitations on a civil lawsuit was over some time ago which explains why they went this route.

This is the kinda “get hard”’that Dak needs! Right now, he seems too soft and like a mamas boy.
