Look carefully at the bearings and tires if it is used. Buy twice as heavy of a trailer as what you need now. The loads you haul will only get bigger over the years. Gonna primarily be used to take zero turn to father in law's to mow as well as haul off tree limbs etc . Nothing too crazy. That’s how it always starts!

Nothing wrong with used. My lowboy that I carry my $30K tractor around on was 10 years old when I bought it and I've had it 10 years. I rebuilt the deck 3 years ago and put 10 ply tires on it 4-5 years ago. Saying this just to say ... good deck and no bent axle then if it's the right design buy it and save bucks.
Facebook Marketplace seems to have tons of single axle utility trailers.
I bought one similar to what you're looking for about 4 years ago except it was 14' long but single axle and lightweight. Wood deck. Removable ramp. It will carry 2 ZTR mowers. Bought it new. $1400 They used chitty wood, I've already replaced the deck.
Things I'd want:
Removable ramp/tailgate to allow carrying long items without the ramp getting in the way. Treated wood deck. Treat with Flood deck treatment pretty soon after buying and then every 3-5 years after. Spare holder with spare tire spaced welded tie downs
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it !

Take a drive to Mount Pleasant, two different trailer factories there (one being Big Tex) and both also sell their product. I bought a 12' X 8' Big Tex a few years back and they were the cheapest trailer around.

As mentioned there are some deals to be had on Craigslist and FB marketplace. Heavier duty trailers than Lowes carries. I have recently seen quite a few 'landscape' trailers up for sale.

Diamond C makes a quality utility trailer at a fair value. Your Pipe rail trailers are a little more stout and cost a little more. Your Angle Iron are lighter duty but will do for any UTV lawn mower etc. We have both at the ranch. I like the folding ramp model best and would recommend a 14ft. Great over all length.

For what it's worth, I bought a Texas Pride dump trailer a little over a year ago. I didn't even make it home from the dealership and one of the tires was off the rim. Odd, as soon as you leave the gate, the sales man doesn't care about you unless you want to buy another trailer. 10 months later, coming home from a land clearing and make a sharp turn. Something shorted somewhere and the trailer burned up the whole damn wiring harness. I don't want to say anything bad about Texas Pride trailer, but you might want to cross them off the list. Just like insurance, had fight tooth & nail to get the warranty to cover it. Even then, they just sent the parts and said, your on your own, we don't cover labor.

Facebook marketplace has some. I'm no expert, but I've learned the hard way to check bearings/tires as others mentioned. Bought a little welded duck boat last year and it burned up the bearings on the way home with it....was still a terrific deal but a pain to deal with. FacebookLittle cheaper, little wider one here. https://www.facebook.com/marketplac...p%3Acbde0c3c-d987-4a1f-bbf9-c4ad76daf9d5
