I researched recently for my '16 Skeeter - I wound up buying a set of skins from Skeeter, but in replacement seat options two names seemed to dominate - BassBoatSeats on the (somewhat) budget end, and Lebroc seats on the higher end. There are likely others even higher end for upper scale boats, but for you basic bass boat or and similar, seems like those two brands are the most popular.

I ordered the skins by calling their parts number. They are not hard to replace. The cushions in mine were still good. I used SS staples where I needed to. They also sold the complete seat.
