Eventually, it’s only a matter of time before someone taps the new Apple goggles with FFS software and more. We’ve been on this track for many things with ocular options, whether that’s a pivot screen, monocular screen, or some form of prism screen. They will crack the code and make an app that HDMI’s from the graph screen to your eye. It’s extremely possible now and the new Apple software allows a virtual use without the spacial limitations of no vision.

Of course now this means we will be setting up our whole boat for computers and networking between components. The future is coming and it’s going to take this leaps and bounds beyond a bobber and cane pole.

Also, tying the goggles into a 360 imaging type system paired with GPS.. you could look around you and see structure / fish.

Boat and motor will be the cheapest part of the package- at what point do you buy the boat from the electronics company.

You think bass boats are expensive now..... AND

I’m interested in Rick’s comment as well, but one of the pros said earlier in the year that BASS was keeping track of who’s running what and how people finish this year. They will then decide if they need to implement restrictions on the number of devices.

Hopefully Rickster can expand on it.

Maybe it’ll be a total square inches of screen- maximum number of transducers.

I’m looking forward to seeing what happens with all of this new technology seems like enough anglers are mocking it and hating on it in weigh ins, it doesn’t matter to me either way. If somebody wants to troll around with goggles on and get all disoriented and fall off the front deck, more power to them.
