I and the Constitution would rather have perps face justice than be murdered.
I am not against people carrying guns but that does not mean I believe people should be judge and jury.

But the victims are dead and you're ok with that as long as they did not shoot the suspect.

The first guy that Nugent talked about, dad, should kill someone who molested someone else.
Dad was not dead, he was a murderer.
This was not about having the right to carry a handgun. I support that. The lady who was beat had the right to use a gun. Dad didn't and Nugent saw no difference in it.

So that I understand correctly, if you walked in on someone molesting your daughter or son, you don't think a dad has the right to end his life? I would in a nano second. And YOU and your kid/kids/family would be better off because of it.

Section 9.33 - Defense of Third Person

Correct.
I don't think I would be better off for it. Why would you think so?
I would have just committed a murder and if nothing else would have spent time in jail. Plus for you God fearing people you would have to face God and tell him why you ended a life you did not have to.

WOW this is why people are sick of this looney mailman who defends criminals and stands against our country and it’s people who are not here illegally or are just criminals.

what evil do we have to be around everyday, in people who stand with evil and criminals

You should read this again. and again. and again until you understand the way the law is written.
