Comedy from the draft dodger. So you rather the criminals be alive and walk free than the victims be alive?

The first guy that Nugent talked about, dad, should kill someone who molested someone else. Dad was not dead, he was a murderer. This was not about having the right to carry a handgun. I support that. The lady who was beat had the right to use a gun. Dad didn't and Nugent saw no difference in it.

So that I understand correctly, if you walked in on someone molesting your daughter or son, you don't think a dad has the right to end his life? I would in a nano second. And YOU and your kid/kids/family would be better off because of it.

Penal Code 9.32 sets out that person can use deadly force when he reasonably believes it is immediately necessary to: protect against another's use or attempted use of unlawful deadly force, or. to prevent an aggravated kidnapping, murder, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, robbery, or aggravated robbery.Jan
Section 9.33 - Defense of Third Person A person is justified in using force or deadly force against another to protect a third person if:
(1) under the circumstances as the actor reasonably believes them to be, the actor would be justified under Section 9.31 or 9.32 in using force or deadly force to protect himself against the unlawful force or unlawful deadly force he reasonably believes to be threatening the third person he seeks to protect; and (2) the actor reasonably believes that his intervention is immediately necessary to protect the third person. I would have just committed a murder and if nothing else would have spent time in jail. Plus for you God fearing people you would have to face God and tell him why you ended a life you did not have to.
