One bank has flashing green and yellow.

Flashing GREEN and 25% YELLOW LEDs indicates the battery is less than 10.5 volts and the charger is in low power safety mode. Full charging will begin once the battery reaches 10.5 volts. After manually charging the 460 recognized the battery.
After a night on the internal charger I have a single yellow light and the battery is hot.
What’s next?

Sounds right. How old is the battery? Just to be sure you can take the battery to an Auto Parts store and let them test it (no charge for testing).

did you ever solve this issue? I have an older MK 460 (not PCL model) and mine is not recognizing a new AGM battery. The top of the charger says its compatible with Flooded/Wet Cell or AGM. Curious if there is a problem with having 3 flooded and one AGM?

Bad battery.
No problem doing AGM and wet
Mae sure thr charger is on the correct setting for each.
