I have two 10' talons. When they deploy one works fine deploying the fiberglass pole first then stage two then stage three. The other talon starts with stage two. Looks like the fiberglass pole isn't deploying at all. Could be stuck? Anyone deal with this before?

Sounds like the latch isn`t allowing the pole to go out first.
