EXERCISEDHas anyone else read this? After listening to a review of it on the radio last week driving to the DFW metromess I started it. The review did not lie. I have a background in biomechanics and 30 years in the medical world and consider myself a science nerd. This is a very DEEP DIVE. Just curious if anyone else has taken the plunge?
