Looks like a rough tournament, numbers-wise.

The last place team that weighed in fish had 2 fish for 0.23 pounds I guess a dead fish penalty can be worse than no fish.

It was a tough day on Saturday. My boys managed to find 5 below 16in but it took all day long to do it. Catching 5 little ones this time of year is harder than catching 5 nice ones. There are some really nice slot fish eating right now. If you are just wanting to fun fish, go to fork and grab you a white and chartreuse jackhammer. Just find you a pocket and cover some water. You will catch some really nice 18-22in slot fish that are fat and feeding.
With all that said I still firmly believe that no bass tournament outside of the weigh in the boat and release format should ever be held on a slot lake.
