Local radio had a money guy this morning and he was talking about eating out was one of the biggest budget buster.
I think most of us know that. He said if you tell your kids it's dinner time and your kids get in the car then you may be eating out too much.
Eating out has become a social event for a lot of people.
Sometimes what didn't work out for you, did in fact, work out for you.

Rarely these days. it's gotten a big expensive, even for fast food type stuff.

Actually, we rarely go out to eat. We eat pretty cheap at home and way more healthy

We average once a week... We go to the "nicer" place and avoid fast food... It's only the two of us any more so we can keep the price within reason... When we head back North and take the kids, grandkids out it gets real expensive real fast... It normally a BW3 or someplace else the grandkids can move around and get loud... Dan

At a restaurant.....not in years. Can't stand dealing with the traffic, then the parking, then waiting for food I can make better at home.

Actually, we rarely go out to eat. We eat pretty cheap at home and way more healthy Same here. I used to be on the road all of the time. I can't imaging what meals on a expense account are running theses days. Used to be $25 to $35 a daily cap depending on the client.

at least twice a day... fast food, seems like it cost almost as much to eat at home
