I am looking to add a 24v Minnkota Terrova to my pontoon. It doesn't have a trolling motor now.
My plan is to use either a 24v lithium or 2 12v lithiums under one of the front seats and use a breaker and have the plug mounted under the seat. That way everything is right there and I don't have to run wires all the way from the back of the boat to the front.
What size wire do I need to use coming off the battery?

Thanks hopalong.
Are you using those connectors to hook the trolling motor to the battery or are you using them inside the battery compartment just as a quick disconnect to take the batter out? Iโm not sure how I would mount this connector so itโs not just bouncing around on the deck.
A pic would be awesome if you have one
