Can't go wrong with Mad Katz either. I have 8 of them too. I wish they made one like the Catfish and Carp rod. That thing is an absolute blast to catch a 10-20 lb cat on.

I bought 10 of the medium action MK Bulldogs on the end of year sale. Came out to $64 a piece. I have to say they're probably the best feeling "catfish" rod that I've put my hands on in terms of quality and action, and at that price, pretty hard to beat. I've thought about the WS Cat & Carp rod for one handed general purpose live bait rod in small river runs/holes for whatever is sitting in it. I've read they aren't much different than a slower MH Bass rod, would you disagree?
