I am probably one of the few whose Heart Doctor actually recommended more salt at times. My diastolic pressure can go into the 50’s at times. That can cause blood to pool in my legs. It has caused me to be light headed and I have passed out. It happens in a sitting position for a while. Long drives can be a time it can happen. I can also get my heart rate up or elevate my legs to correct it.

My wife couldn’t believe it when he said to add more salt if my pressure gets low for a few days. It’s been above that level for quite a while.

Whoever recommended Sucklebusters campfire steak, thanks. Bought it today and had it for lunch. Excellent

Yeah, my doc never talks salt. Mine is hereditary. Had it since my twenties. It stays controlled.
