It's hard to beat that one Marinate a little with Worchershire.

Adams brand Great Steak of Texas. I like it way better than just salt and pepper.

Coarse salt, and fresh ground pepper, anything more is not necessary.

I usually put Kosher salt on first and fresh cracked pepper later. I get concerned the pepper will burn at high heat.

Angelo's gourmet seasoning, yes their bbq sucks, but ask any of the guys from the dove hunt or my tournys how the steaks were. I must agree that Angelo’s seasoning is exceptional.

My wife has an allergy to peppercorns so no black pepper. Since that is an ingredient in about 99.9% of the seasonings off the shelf, I just use Lawry' seasoned salt.

I’m in the kosher salt and pepper camp for beef. Anything more and you actually distract from the flavor of the beef.
For chicken and pork I really like cavendar’s.

Sucklebusters SPG or his Campfire Steak seasoning. I only used garlic salt and pepper until I tried SuckleBusters Campfire Steak. It's damn tasty! https://www.sucklebusters.com/bbq-rubs-seasonings/campfire-steak-seasoning/

All good beef needs is salt, I will also use pepper but I like the fine ground, occasionally I will use garlic salt in place of course ground kosher salt.
