You know what...I'm not mad at the guy or his style. He's his own person and can dress however / whenever.

You do you Mr. Romper man.

PS: In the 60-70's of BASS, most of the anglers dressed like this.

I too think it’s great. Though his choice of sponsors is weird. Berkeley and rapala aren’t exactly Texas brands, and I’m also not sure about the polish flag. 🇵🇱 does anyone recognize the Texas logo with the cowboy hat? Maybe a local bass club?

Either way I hope he enjoyed talking to Ben.

Returning to the "old school" fishing attire of years past. noidea Speaking of which. Where does that current Pro who wears a cowboy hat while he's fish'in put that thing when he's running down the lake?

Joey? Maybe he saves one of the back storage compartments for it. I hope so.

Would have too. That's a big lid he wears.

Exactly - The 'jumpsuit' was the bass fishing uniform in the 60's-70's. My dad wore one minus all the patches and the majority of his friends he fished with dressed just like that. (No flip flops) Flip flops were reserved for hippies. My dad and his buddies would not allow you on their boats without some form of athletic shoe and a hat.

My romper wouldn’t have a polish flag or a Texas cowboy hat logo, that’s a Texan there.

To be honest, the guys that wear stuff like that are the ones that don't give a $hit about what people think. They are typically "good people". But, it is something to raz someone about for a chuckle. It's better than Matt Roberson fishing in his tightly whities this last year. I did laugh at the baby leg post, and is sure better than seeing 28 pages of FFS JJ jelly threads.

For the record, my overalls are blue and have no patches. When I wear them people say that's what Mike Myers wears..

Looks like the cowboy hat has the BASS logo on it.
I really dig the old school outfit.
Ray Scott used to dress like that back in the early days. Bass Pro Shops catalogs had their models dressed like that till the early 1980s.
Massive respect for this dude for bringing it back.
Just like torn jeans on all the youngsters these days.
