Anyone tried this new Bethesda game? I've seen mixed reviews. At 58, been out of console gaming for awhile but certainly enjoyed Red Dead Redemption, GTA5, Assassins' Creed Series, and Skyrim.

Anyhow, treated myself to an XBOX X over Christmas and have enjoyed countless hours of Skyrim Anniversary Edition, Red Dead II, and the newer Assassins' Creeds. Most of my time with the new system has been on Skyrim. That's an awesome game.

I haven't but my buddy has. If you liked skyrim you should like it; I've heard it called "Skyrim in space"

I have only read the reviews. My buddy said it is a pretty good game, nothing like skyrim or fallout RPGs. He says it is buggy, and has some very annoying mechanics of play that make no sense.

If you want a great RPG like a post apocalyptic skyrim play Fallout 4. I would suggest fallout New Vegas first but I do not know if you can get it on Xbox. Get the game of the year addition with the DLC. You will wanna play it. Also an older guy that still games.

I have never tried Starfield, but I second Fallout 4, it's great. Another series that I recommend is Farcry.

Witcher 3 is incredible. Huge map, lots of weapons, good boss fights. IF you liked Skyrim you'll like Witcher 3.

I'll have to ask my nephew, he's 12 and sits in his bedroom most of the day playing video games.
He's pretty smart but a complete social misfit, bad temper tantrums too, but he knows the games.
