Are boat lanes marked once you get beyond Wolf Island? If not is there a map card with them marked?

I don't think there are boat lanes marked anywhere on Roberts that I remember. And it's nasty north of Wolf...be careful.

There is a guy who has a boat lane chip for Ray Roberts. Can't remember his name. Someone will chime in.
But heed this, there never was a cleared boat lane cut on RR like they did on Fork or Rayburn, so when you get the chip, it has all kinds of warnings on it. Saw it on one of my friends' graphs.

This is correct. Tom Mayne has a chip available, but it comes with warnings as stated.

Please post up your thoughts once you are able to run it. I'm interested!

Been fishing out there since about 94 and Wolf Creek has been my back yard for the last 5 years. I still go slow most areas North of Wolf island, just not worth punching a hole in the boat. Be careful and good luck out there...

See you on the lake and have a great day!

Bump

How's the bass fishing going? Anybody seen beds with Fish on them yet?

What about the sandbass run in Chisam creek, when does that happen?

Anybody willing to share spawning grounds on this side of the lake?

Fishing has slowed since this weather...but last weekend it was on fire. I'd bet this weekend is slow, but once the weather stabilizes, it'll pick up again.

Find the secondary points with deeper water (12-20'), fish the rocks and trees. Hang on.

Raise the Jack Plate, Trim up the motor, and throttle down! You'll be fine.
