Rarely do I have a Saturday where I didn’t have “work” to do. Work work (the one that pays the bills), or work around the house, or work as an elected official. Today, was a rare Saturday. We attended the grand opening of Bankhead Brewpub - Farmers Branch. I know there’s some FW and Rowlett folks here that may be familiar. What a great place to grab a beer and a bite. Pub vibe. The wife and I had a great time and it was less like “work” and more just a great time meeting new people and enjoying a new local experience. Oh- and the tomahawk ribeye with bacon-wrapped shrimp, lobsta Mac and brocc ……JESUS GOD!
