We need a new bass trail. It can start with these rules:
1. You are not eligible if:
a. You have ever guided for bass.
b. You have ever won more than $3k in a single tournament.
c. You have ever paid more than a $500 entry fee.
d. You have more than $2,500.00 worth of electronics on your boat.

I think we would call it the "Whiners Bass Trail"

What other rules would be needed.

What makes these people whiners?
My grandfather was the best fisherman I have ever known. He was also a world class boxer. He qualifies for this. Doubt you would have ever called him a whiner.

Just because you would qualify doesn't make a person a whiner. However, these are the type of things many are whining about. You can look at the rule changes over the last few years of one of the tournament circuits based out of Texas to see this.

No lakes bigger than a couple thousand acres.
Only fish on 2-5 mph wind forecasted days.

the name should be a more realistic chance of winning tournament trail. in most cases of tournament fishing 75% of the participants are donaters to the folks that win most of the money.

One piece jumpsuit with full length zipper with a maximum of 4 pockets will be the required uniform. Only hand sewn patches may be affixed with the American flag permanently attached to the left shoulder.
