Merry Christmas Dennis; I am glad to know you. The good Lord has given us a wonderful world to live in, my Christmas wish is that all the people of the world would appreciate all the good Lord has done for us.

Do you know anyone struggling with self-worth? Point them to these poignant words in the Christmas song "Oh Holy Night." These words: "Long lay the world in sin and error pining, til He appeared, and the soul felt its worth." God so values each and every person that He came as Christ to rescue us from our sinful state. Jesus also showed the value of each person when He told of leaving the 99 sheep safe in the fold and going to seek and to find the one sheep that was lost. Again, that's how valuable each one of us is to God. Comfort any who feel devalued with this wonderful truth!

Awesome post Dennis. You hear people say the reason for the season is Jesus. Well not actually, the reason for the season is us. He came to save us. That’s why He humbled himself, put on an earth suit and was born and crucified in Israel. His very name means Salvation. It’s not about religion it’s about a one on one relationship with each and every one of us. He doesn’t want anyone to spend eternity away from Him. The book of Romans spells out what is required to become a follower of Jesus. Believers all over the world are praying for everyone who doesn’t know Him yet that they will call upon His name and come to know Him before it’s too late. If you don’t know Him, pray and ask Him to reveal Himself to you. He promises in the Bible that He will answer you.

Romans 10:8 The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.
12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.
13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.”
