 Where do you go to catch a 10” sunfish?

One of my current goals is to catch a 10” sunfish. However, it can’t be a bluegill. Since redear are longer than other sunfish, I think that would be a good option, but there may be others. Where would you go to catch a non-bluegill 10” sunfish?

Lake Dunlap before the dam break. I would also hit Lake Austin and Lady Bird Lake.

I've caught several 10+ Red Breasted Sunfish in LBL. There are a few spots I know of that BIG sunfish can be found regularly. A few can only be reached by boat (I fish from a Kayak), at least two be fished from the bank but it would be tough. Not sure if the time of the year matters, the three biggest Red Breasts I've caught at LBL were in March, August and September.

Toledo Bend revisor is one of the premiere spots for large sunfish in the state of Texas. Lake Conroe is also known for producing whopper sunfish. I've wanted to fish Lady Bird but I think I'm going to explore wade fishing the San Gabriel River since I live so close to it. Bank access is extremely limited but a pair of waders opens up so many more fishing opportunities. I'm hoping some big sunfish are lurking in there.
