Yesterday I was out fishing using LS no problems everything working fine. Then I look at 93sv and picture is going crazy. It was like the screen just keep changing showing different views and angle. Did a factory reboot and it made it worse got to where I had a black screen with a little white dot in the middle that would move around. Before screen went black 93sv showed battery voltages 11.7v. I have LS on it's on 50amp lithum battery by its self. Battery was showing 80% charged at the time. Anybody ever have this problem? Is voltage to low are is there another problem? Been having LS a little over a year and always worked perfect.

Thanks

11.7V with a Lithium battery is less than 10% charged. You have poor wiring/connections.

If your battery was at 80% then you have a wiring issue.

Wayne P. & tmd11111

Thanks for ya'll feed back. Been using the unit for over a year fish one or two times a week never had an issue. Until yesterday. Used Ancor 188803 Marine Grade Electrical Primary Tinned Copper Boat Wiring 10-Gauge, wire. Lithium battery is mounted in storage box & black box for LS is mounted in rod compartemnet which is next to it. Used maybe two foot of wire to hook it up. Went back today did a reboot again unit worked for one hour with no problems after an hour went crazy again. So I turned power off decide to head in after running about two or three miles stopped to reboot it again but when I turned unit back on it was working right. So I stayed and fished for an hour & ten minutes before it went crazy again. Battery was full charged when I went out today & is at 94% still. So could it be the wire? If so what size wire should I use two make a two foot run?

Thanks

10 gauge is more than adequate. Check and clean all connections.

Update, went out on the water today & got on the phone with Garmin. The guy Jeff with Garmin was super nice, couldn't get it working right. After doing everything they suggested they determined that the transducer is bad. While they were on the phone with me they started the replacment process & have a new one coming. Garmin great support!!!!

Thanks for the input guys,
OnePecan
