Looking for a low cost meat gringer for making gound meat out of a chuck roast. Tired of buying ammonia hamburger meat with all those fillers.
May your wiener schnitzel always stay above your lederhosein.

Just to provide another option...
Most, if not all stand mixers either come with or accept attachments to allow meat grinding / sausage stuffing. We get a lot of use out of our stand mixer for other things like baking or mashed taters so also being a meat grinder is nice. One less appliance.

Maybe I'm a snob, but I'll only eat hand-ground meat. If it goes through a grinder, I won't touch it.
Take the time with the meat, feel it, let it warm while you are working with it, and hand grind it over a couple hours. That's artisan ground. That's how I do.

The same tender love and care can be taken when using an electric grinder.

A lot of grind can be old dark meat and lesser quality meats.

I picked up one at Academy a few years ago. its 1/2 horsepower. Heavy SOB but can handle anything you throw at it. IT was on 1/2 price at the time. Cabellas has a few good ones too. Don't go cheap, you just frustrate yourself.

We used Mrs RayBob's KitchenAid mixer last with its grinder attachment. It's the most powerful of stand mixers they make and it was still S-L-O-W ! Been looking at stand alone grinders too but for a good one you best be ready to open that wallet wide !
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools

I assure you, a human cranking a shaft vs a motor doing it doesn't change the meat. Nobody is cranking their shaft over here. We hand grind it in the old world style, with our fingers. It's laborious, sure, but when you have a desire for an artisan grind on all your red meats, well, then you suffer with love because this here is a passion.
