This will make someone a good boat for a really good get in price. The reverse issue it has I've fixed one of these and it turned out to be a loose bolt in the shifting/throttle mechanism. It took about 30 minutes to fix it. The livewell pumps are probably going to be something related to both like a fuse since they both don't work. A new trim switch will probably fix the trim issues. That problem can be diagnosed by removing the switch and running a jumper across the wires where they plug into the switch. If it works like it is supposed to its the switch. I ran a couple of these 300 series boats and they are good safe boats. I had both of them full of water and they floated like they didn't have a drop in them.
