Anyone seeing much schooling on Tawakoni in the last week or so? I went out Friday morning and got into 1 school that lasted about 20 minutes. This was around 10:00 AM. I ended up keeping 5 sandies and throwing back about 15 or 20 15-17" hybrids. mad Oh well, I guess that can be a good problem to have and its definitely fun. banana This was the only school I saw all day. I launched out of Holiday and primarily fished near the spillway.

Today? Well today I went and caught 1 sandbass and 3 catfish. bang Not a school to be seen from anywhere near the spillway or Holiday. I see plenty of suspended fish on the graph at about 25 feet down and many just under the surface, but just no surface action. Anyone having any luck with the topwater bite at all?

Been finding good action every evening all over but not as far east as you were fishin. The only problem is everyone trolling through em right when they get started. Blue tracker with three dudes in it did it to me last night after i sat on the fish for an hour by myself. Guess thats why i slowed down on fishing for sandies and hybrids

There was a little schooling action Saturday morning out near the Wolf Cove hump but with everyone running around with the big motors it didn't last but a couple of minutes. Boats all over the Wolf Cove hump area so I headed for less crowded water. Bart
