I was cleaning out the garage and I found two props that I don't remember what boat they were from or even how I got them. One is a Tempest Plus 26p and the other is a Trophy Plus 27p. They both look new or nearly new. I have owned two 521's going back for about ten years and I know it wasn't from them. Having CRS disease leaves me at a loss as to what I used them on, or if I ever did. I did have a few Basscat's but they had 225's on them. Are they any good and do they have any value? Thanks.

If they are that old, they probably have pressed in rubber hubs. That would drop their value considerably, if they have the newer insert hubs, you’d be able to get $400-$600 for them.

If the tempest is stamped A45 you have a highly desired prop. Both of those props would be for a 250 HP rig.

There’s a good chance they were from your Bass Cat and 225 engine. Lots of folks tried to run those, no matter what our opinion was. It wasn’t a good user experience and they were often slugs on bottom, while trying to only chase top end. There are plenty who will remove those from your garage for you as most of the older wheels do tend to be pretty good. And there’s a chance the Trophy is an A45 or A47 style part number stamped in the barrel.
