But I’ve been impressed with brand since I took a plant tour in 2004. Should have bought one instead of the overpriced plow sled. A few years later when the Basscat P2 came back I bought it.
Back then it had a great ride, fast and well laid out (fairly standard storage)
Very clean and “simple” lines and graphics. The deck is near the top of the gunnel so flipping is easy at the edge. The glass layup was well done I don’t remember seeing any when we observed an uncapped hull. If I was younger and wanted a “go fast” boat that is stable I would buy one. They’re basically a deep southeast US boat. Their bay boats are some of the best too. At that time they were a family owned company, I’m not sure if they were gobbled up or not.

Good luck

Great Boats, fast! Definitely recommend getting one with an SHO vs. a Merc. They run better with the SHO. Boat has tons of storage, well laid out. Battery compartment has a lot to be desired from a wiring perspective.

Check with the guys ar FastBass Marine... They're playing around with set up so they should be able to tell you what this boat is capable of... And what it's not... Dan

https://fastbassmarine.com/

They've got a Facebook page also... Dan

I’ve run them, never owned one. Great boats! I like a faster boat so blazer or basscat are high on my list. Check out Texas Works in Fort Worth. They sell both brands & get you the info you’re wanting about them.

Two years old, but there are three review videos on this rig. This is the third video with the grading.

I think Ross in Lufkin started selling Balzer's also. If they have one Ryan down there will take you out in one.

I used to run a blazer, ran a 210 Pro V with a 300 HPDI that was faster than a telephone call. I remember standing in Keith Crafts factory in Pensacola years ago picking up a new trailer. He was working on the mold for the 625, impressive to say the least. Blazer builds a good boat. I’d run a 650 in a heart beat.

Thanks, Billy
