Has anyone thrown these yet? Im wondering if they really glide like the hard baits. Also, the way the hooks are rigged worry me a little. I think they look good, but was wondering...

It is that new soft plastic glide bait that Berkley has. Looks like the Cull Shad.

Just received mine in the mail today, I’ll be throwing it this weekend. It looks good to me and I don’t worry about hooks because I never catch anything.

Ive been fishing them for the past 2 weeks and for the price point im surprised. the need some tuning depending how you like to make them fish.

I hate that they fish good cause they completely ripped off the Grow Flag 170 with no recognition but at the same time it took me 2 years to get the 2 flags that I have, meanwhile for the same amount of money, I ordered 20 of the 3 different sizes shipped to my doorstep in 3 days

Well as I said before I threw the Nessie all weekend and this morning but not exclusively. It definitely looks good, you can fish it slow, fast, twitch it or however you want to work it and it runs pretty true, doesn’t blow out. Also as stated before I didn’t need the hooks because I didn’t catch anything on it, on the other hand I couldn’t catch em on any moving baits, fished Rayburn and Naconiche, they both sucked. Worms were the ticket and I hate to worm fish.

When I throw a glide bait the fish just seem to follow it at a distance and mimic its action... Stop and go, the fish stop and go... Fast the fish follow it fast... Slow, the fish follow it slowly... Jerk and pause, the fish jerk and pause... In my experience it's a great bait to see if there are fish in the area... Dan confused 3
