Would outlaw all killing of animals for food or sport except, of course, for Native Americans (sucking up for the Indian vote). I have to file this under the "what rock did these whack jobs crawl out from under?" category. Not only is the killing of animals to be outlawed but farming or raising them for products like eggs, milk, etc. would also be illegal.
