About 5.5' low. No new water showing up below IH35 due to elevation change so ramp is still closed except for Kayaks.

We have had zero increase in last 5 days but lake has remained at same elevation.

Lots of speculation on why lake has not shown increase but nothing announced.

Surprising given the 2" of rain the other day? You'd think that would have shown something on the lake level?

Dunlap is approximately 45"s low at this time. We have been rising somewhere between 3-5 inches a day so the water is rising pretty fast. Turns our the gate was opened to fill the canal and that is why the lake did not rise over six days. The canal is approximately a mile long and pretty deep. It feeds the electrical generating plant.

Since the canal filled, water is coming up quickly. Water is starting to rise at the 35 bridge ramp. I saw the water up this morning.

Lake Dunlap is full!

A fair amount of debris is floating including some very large tress that had fallen. Be careful if running the lake.

I have heard that some folks are putting in at IH35 but Schuman's Beach (pay ramp) is open also.

I saw TP&W out last night with their survey boat. They did not come close enough to talk to so I did not get any insight on what they had shocked up but at least there is some focus on the lake....

I have been told that the state is planning two stockings. One in early spring and one in early summer.

Just an FYI. Survey came back that fish populations are extremely low. Makes sense when you loose 80% of the water in the lake for 4 1/2 years and then it comes back. I would expect people took a lot of fish out of that lake when it was down.

There will be another survey in the future.

Water was very good chemically and O2.

My son and I went out to help with cleanup, but had engine trouble and had to get right back off.

It was foggy and overcast Sat morning, and I saw plenty of fish breaching the surface around Schumann's Beach.

LOTS of [censored] in the water though, really wish we could've helped out more, and maybe wet a line...
