Headed to Tawakoni in the morning to do some some bank fishing for cats, what bait should I be using ??? Haven't fished there since right after the crappie spawn and have no idea what would be best to throw . Planning on going to Arm Point Park with the north wind unless someone has a better suggestion . Gonna cast out some lines , kick back in my lawn chair and watch the waves roll by . I used to fish there and I always did good with danny kings punch bait.

Cut Shad is always the default anywhere I go unless fishing flatheads and then it’s usually live sunfish.

Cut shad along the rocks at the dam this time of year is money.
