We are about to get active target installed on our boat. Wanted to find a crappie guide that would allow us to take our boat on the water and help us get everything set up and show us how to use it. Any recommendations would be appreciated. we are willing to travel to anyone who would help.
Thanks

You stated "LiveScope" but then said Active Target. Although they are both live, forward facing sonar they are different. Most crappie guides will have Garmin LiveScope.

I’m confused as well. I’ve had Livescope for nearly 5 years and do instructional trips but I’m not your man for love target and there’s probably folks closer than me for sure!! I don’t know any crappie guides that run active target.

Bro, if it's not to late get Live Scope. You want to be able to pick off individual fish. Cap n Ron on facebook does active target trips and I believe he will spend some time on Ivie this winter.

I'm a guide that uses Active Target but I live in Northwest Louisiana so not close at all but I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. Just shoot me a mesage.

Active target 2 is great but does Livescope offer a bit more fine tuning? Yes, It just takes time to learn the technology with both systems as most guys wanna turn it on and expect it to be clear and seeing a 1/4 oz jig 400ft out and thats not the case
We work with some guides here in the San Antonio/Hill country area if you're interested
