One of my traps was gone this morning. I’ve never had this happen before. I guess there is a possum somewhere with a trap on his face thinking about its choices last night.

Or a ghost.

It was all hallows eve... when the dead walk among the living.

I set out three last night. One confirmed kill, one missing trap, sprung trap with missing bait. Tonight will be another promising event.

Last year a glue board from my snake trap was missing, which never happens. Found it later that day - it had moved from the front of our house to the patio in the back, had a lizard's head stuck to it and was covered in gray cat hair, no doubt from the neighbor's gray cat. Removing that must have been very painful for the poor [censored].

I've been disguising our traps with leaves around them. Last year this warranted us 6 confirmed kills, 2 bloody traps w/ fur, and only 1 sprung with no action. This year, I'm hoping to reduce that as I also put out bait boxes.

Had a mouse disappear with the trap last week in our apartment. Caught 20 now in two weeks, but looked everywhere for the missing one. Wife found it two rooms away, by the front door, dead. Luckily no rats around. They got wise to peanut butter and american cheese, so we stopped catching them, but a stinky cheese worked wonders.

What’s up with your living quarters?

Put a tootsie roll in your mouth to soften it up and put a piece on the trap.

My rat trap disappeared but I found it under the nearest shrub with a snake that had been caught.

My rats like celery. The ants get to the peanut butter to quickly.

Sounds heavenly, stinky cheese and mice.

You need to use a wireless camera and film all of this.

What you gotta do is get you some velcro for the bottom of the glue traps if the surface allows it wink
