I'm going through all these propositions and cannot find a good non-bias site that explains the changes well enough.
Without opening too much of a political debate, what are the props attempting to do?
Heck, I need to have a law degree to understand them. AHAHHAHAHA

Heck, I need to have a law degree to understand them. AHAHHAHAHA
Check out the Texas Farm Bureau guide. They simplify them all fairly well.
