Anyone ever catch your own earthworms? We did yrs ago with soil Sul. No I can’t find it. Lady sold me something else but I can’t get it to work. Thinking of starting worm farm. Lol. Lil retired life.

My grandfather would never pay good money to buy an earthworm. We dug them all the time behind a barn or in the garden. In my retired life, time is a limiting factor. I would rather be fishing than raising or digging worms when they are easily available at stores.

Easier and less hassle to buy them at Walmart.

I have a spot I dump the grass out of my bagger on the lawn mower when I push mow around the house. It’s just a corner in the fence. It’s probably 6’ around and 3’ high. When I want to get a few worms to catch bait for catfish that pile is always loaded. We use it for planting and such also.

Holy geez, those things scare me…… I did catch some over 12” and one is around 30”. Need to measure him.
