Has anyone had to send thier unit in for repairs and how long before you got it back? My head unit quit working thank goodness it's under warranty but being without it trying to fish these tournaments is brutal.

If you got a RMA
sent it back you will have it back in about 3 days after they receive yours

I sent one in recently and it only took about 6 days total turn around . They will give you a RA and take your payment after they help you perform some troubleshooting. Great customer service IMO
