Yes - the ramp at Silver Lake Marina is OPEN.
(as long as marina staff are there so no early/late launch)
No courtesy dock or anything to beach your rig so bring a partner or you gotta beach on the ramp..
Also, 10 bucks to launch. Period. If your a member of Scotts Landing your supposed to be able to launch free and you can .... on weekdays... just not Fri-Sun - you gotta pay 10 bucks like everyone else.
Quite the little operation they have. Can't say I am all too thrilled at having to pay twice (being a member at scotts landing) because they can!

just tried to put in at silverlake and the guys told me it was MEMBERS ONLY!!! thanks for the waste of time

Fishin07 You were told incorectly, if it is open for it members then it is open to the public period. It is federal property.... That is the official word from the COE> If the ramp is open Scotts cannot close it to the public.
It is a cluster on the weekends not worth it. During the week they do not even charge the $$$ b/c they do not monitor the ramp, I would go then.
Be careful if you go when the asphault gets slick it is "FUN" .
