Offal is adjacent to awful... on purpose and for good reason. Liver and onions! Bad news to eat those on a Friday the 13th. and/or any other day of the year.   Uh, NO. Liver and onions done correctly, is one of the finest meals out there. Are you “out†on all organ meats, or just liver? Ha.
