Does anyone know if Garmin makes a LVS34 0 degree barrel mount? If so where can I get one. I currently have it on a pole and wanting to switch.

I'd suggest a FishObsessed or something off of the barrel. I know for sure I would rip my transducer off on a stump in Ray Roberts if it were on the barrel.

The problem I have with that is whether or not it is a 0 mount What would make you think the garmin 0 degree is not 0 degree? Lots of companies make them. I use the garmin, no issues.

i get more sonar bounce back/beam interference/"ghost tree" on 0 degree. The concept they were using to angle the beam was to reduce the beam interference. You will need to adjust your settings again when you go to 0 degree. same thing happens in ultrasound machines. I made my own 0 degree mount for my fishing specialties pole out of a stainless 90 degree garage door mounting bracket. screwed it to the bottom of the pole, then used a couple pieces of rubber grommet and a stainless bolt with washer for the ducer.
