Is getting this message when trying to upload pictures. 12 years on this forum and I've never seen it before. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/10/full-60017-200823-screenshot_20231011_083408_gallery.jpg) It has happened twice in two days now. Who wants to read a forum without pictures? I don't!

Happened to me the other day but when I selected size of picture as medium it worked fine.

I get the “wrong picture format” sometimes, because the pic is the wrong format.

Rule 16 limits the size of photographs. Perhaps the ones you have tried to post are too big....  Rule 16. Limit the size of your photos to a maximum of 800 pixels wide.

Just because your photos are the same pixel size does not mean they are taking up the same amount of file space. Depending on what it's a photo of and the compression used, you could end up with two 800x600 pixel photos and one be 5x larger than the other as far as file size is concerned.

Try (edit) cropping a little off your picture and it should work..
