Finally got my Pond King Pontoon. I had almost all the options installed. So far unable to even try it. I ordered a Trailer and it is way high. Just not set up right. Pond King guys won't call me back since I have already paid for it and the Trailer maker says call the Dealer. Now I am stuck with a $500 dollar bill to get the Trailer set up like it should be. This thing has 11" Risers, which puts it too high to launch with these Lakes low.

You might want to check to see if the boat fits between the two wheel fenders? If it doesn't, you might need a wider trailer, so it can sit lower, directly on the trailer platform.. Or maybe the the wheels and fenders can be moved outward on that existing trailer? Good luck, and hope can enjoy it soon!

Keep us informed on how this goes for you. Next spring I'm looking at getting a mini pontoon from Hotwoods and any info might be good to take with me.

I wound up paying $500 at a Boat Shop to have the Risers lowered. After lowering the Risers, I have to move the Anchor points for the Back of the Boat. I also added Boat Buckles.

Was the trailer in a package deal with the boat? If so, strange that the dealer would let it out the door set up like that.

Since I posted originally I had to buy another Motor. Pond King told me my short shaft would work on this Pontoon, but that was not the case. I had to buy a long shaft. I would seriously consider the Hotwoods.
