I think it's a smart move. Too many businesses over-extend themselves, plus that cuts down on a lot of travel and wear and tear for those guys.

wow, now how many boats will there be per tournament. Probably about the same up to around 300. Im betting numbers are going to fall off. Lots of guys down South are not going to want to drive 5+ hours. Then with only 3 to qualify for Championship, youll have East guys fish their 3. And North guys fish their 3 to qualify. I will say with Champs, TXTT, TTO, Belt......this is going to be an interesting year for tournaments.

The almighty East/Sam Rayburn schedule only pulled 610 entries for the four tourneys this year- with 169 teams being the highest single draw. Crazy to think how far that has fallen since pre-covid 2019. Same tourneys pulled 1105 entries that year.

wow, now how many boats will there be per tournament. Probably about the same up to around 300. Seriously doubt it, they have the Fork tournament the same day as TTT at Rayburn, that certainly won’t help their numbers that weekend trying to pull teams from the east.

Don’t see the TX shootout on the schedule either, I assume since the numbers have dropped significantly over the years they aren’t going to have it?

I'm guessing 175-250 depending on the lake. That's pretty normal for decent turnouts. Lots of options next year
