I think I will try to time my arrival at the paris wal mart supercenter to be about 5 mins. prior to the test. people of wal mart super session?

I believe you will unless your phone is off Yes, the national emergency alert cannot be turned off. So if your phone is on you will get it. TV, radios all will het it.
