GetR Done Junya.
You know you can count me in.
Some times of the year it may not be real easy to keep people posting but other times it will be busy.
I tried a couple years ago to just getline fishermen together and it was super hot for a while but then fizzled out.
This is a strange year on the river. The fishing has stayed good for those willing to brave it. Usually Spring and Fall are the only times you'll find many people fishing so you may be limited to those times to find any interest.
Good luck and count me in.

Howdy, saw your post and thought I would chime in.
I live in Granbury, and fish the Brazos above and below the lake here. Its been pretty good here as of late. I guess all the new water an from the floods. I know the river hasnt looked this good in years.

Big cats from the river are rare IMO.
When you get one over 50 you did something.
It's not like in Lakes where if you find a good spot it will keep paying off.(at least this is my experience)
I would love to go some more with the river up but I am heading for hunting mode and have to save my pennies for that.
It's funny though...I sit in the blind and think about fishing and set in the boat(when things get slow) and think about hunting.
I have some good deer prospects this year but you never know. It's just like chasing big yella cats. They show up when you least expect it.

ya dang right!
we thought well it is too late in the year the fish will not be biting.
the last couple of times we have gone was bad so we thought well it will be the same.
nope things changed REAL QUICK!
