I've had my 12 mini since Feb 2021 and I've had no issues with it.

The only iphone I ever had a problem with was the 6 plus and that was a design flaw. The frame would bend easily if you put it in your pocket. Mine made it a year and a half till it started having problems. As usual, when I looked Apple had a simple fix for it.

Can’t stand the Android. Wife has it. If I used it daily possibly I could learn to like it.

I could have written this except I'm retiring in one year. My SE started losing its charge last year and rather than replace it with a new company phone I went to Batteries Plus and had them install an "extended life" battery. I use it quite a bit for calls, texts and emails. Very little browsing and a charge will last 2 - 3 days.

iPhone......(for women) just now allowing users to use USB C which has been the standard on most devices for years. If you like Apple controlling your life iPhone is for you, if you like standardization and flexibility Android FTW!

Dang! Now you've gone and hurt my feelings.

I am shocked that so many on here are using such old iPhone technology what with support and security being so important now.
I would suggest if you are with Verizon you check into this.

Is it really free? ATT once said that I was eligible for a free phone upgrade. My phone was on it's last legs so I called and confirmed what phone I was eligible for. I get to the ATT store and they unbox a phone. I ask is that the free one? They said yes. I said ok. Then at some going through the details they said it would be $28/month. I asked "what is free about $28/month" and things went downhill from there. I said show me other phones. They said that since the phone was unboxed I had to take it. I said BS. The sales lady walked off and the manager came over and told me that I made her cry. I said tough doodoo give me a different phone with no payment plan.

I would still use my Samsung 8 if not for having to go through a special sequence to charge. I is now a backup to my 10e.
I have never seen or heard of a real free phone upgrade. When I need a phone, I buy one out right. That said I don't buy the latest phone out there. When I bought my iPhone 12 the 13 was about outdated.

I've had 2 of the 14's, worst one's I have had yet. Really glitchy. Never had any issues to date other than the 14.

This is because the EU mandated common cables. I hardly think using apples charging cables etc is controlling your life. After all there are millions and millions of them out there and don’t get me started on the 5 dozen different aftermarket cables.

I have a 7 year old XR. It does everything I need and I don't have to mess with that stupid Face id.
