Nice day for fishing and not as many at the ramp. I went out Friday as well. Two of us caught 16 but it was more of a struggle than 2-3 weeks ago.

I like the troller shaft saver , a product purchased or DIY? I bought it through Amazon and really like it. The dealer mounted the motor a little odd because they couldn’t listen very well I did show them pics of one motor mounted but that didn’t help either. I buy the slabs from MT Pockets on the forum here. I order slab only and put my own rings and hooks. I don’t like treble hooks because they get stuck in the net. do you make these flyes or buy them? I make the flies in the picture. I did put a link to some flies that that can be found on Amazon. I use the Amazon flies for my slabs but the homemade flies to tie about the slab

Order from Walmart because I couldn’t find what I need in the tackle stores or on the shelf. These are heavy duty hooks. Normal hooks will bend if you get 2 big fish on at the same time
