I've fished other BB tourneys but not this one and don't remember this rule in the ones I have participated in. Interesting rule that I wasn't aware of. I'm guessing it reads all boat occupants must be paid entries? And no I'm not interested in looking it up.

100% correct. Everyone in the boat at any time must he a paid entrant with a valid fishing license and all occupants must be present during weigh-in inspection.

Apparently not if someone got paid $5000 for a drawing and the person was not present at the drawing.......as the rule states.

I quit fishing Sealy's back in 2005 or 06, on Sam Rayburn. He disqualified 2 folks I know because they had a empty beer can in their splash well from the night before, that someone else put there. They had Big Bass. Then he changed the rule for a old guy who borrowed a boat from his son-in-law to fish. Had the Big Bass. Boat did not pass inspection. No kill switch cord, so it could not be attached when running big motor. Gave him a pass, because he said he had no idea what it was even for. He took big bass for the hour and also if memory is right he took over all 1st, with a 11lb something. Bob makes his own rules. We said enough was enough.

Yep and the guy had the fish that would have won the whole enchilada too. If memory serves me right it was a Teener and his wife was in the boat reading a book. He had fished two days with little luck so on the morning of the third day he told his wife to come along. He catches a fish of a lifetime mid-morning and takes it to weigh-in. Sealy hated like heck to DQ him because at the time it was the largest bass ever weighed in one of his events but he did.
