Well I have reached that age where I have CRS, and cannot remember the brand of this jig, notice the pic, it has the jig weight printed on bottom of jig head
any ideas ?

Googan, no doubt, 3/8oz.

That is one perchy looking skirt, chartreuse/wm red, maybe some pumpkin mixed in.
